2015: Member satisfaction
PURCO SA undertakes a biannual Member Satisfaction study to measure and benchmark service levels.
The Member Satisfaction Index plays a critical role in improving the services provided by PURCO SA to its members. Data and information collected through the Member Survey assists the organisation to identify and rectify areas for improvement.
Members rate PURCO SA staff members on 15 criteria relating to service, quality of information, responsiveness and follow up support, and overall satisfaction with the PURCO SA national office.
Members are encouraged to provide additional information not provided for in the survey.
The most recent MSI Study recorded an improvement from 82% in October 2014 to 90% at the end of March 2015. This gives testament to the satisfaction experienced by members regarding the services provided by PURCO SA.
